Are My Hemorrhoids Internal or External?

Sunday, June 28th, 2009

Hi there again,

well it appears that my first post was successfull, whooopeeee.  I am still amazed that I can write something on my computer here, and minutes later my daughter in Australia can read it.  Magic or what?

I was thinking that most people who will be reading this will already know all about their particular hemorrhoid problem. So I’m not going to go into that in detail on this blog.

This blog is all about how I treated and cured my particular condition, and how the friends and family and friends of friends of friends etc (word on my piles has travelled far and wide), .. have also had success in beating this. You can too by the way, just hang on in there.

But I just had a thought that a few people may actually be here to find out about whether or not their hemorrhoid is an internal or external one. So I wanted to touch on that quickly.

The first think to remember and maybe the most important thing is that the treatment (well the treatment I used anyway) is the same either way.

Simply put, it’s all about where the start of the hemorrhoid is. OK.  Some hemorroids start higher up your bottom than others. Excuse the lack of technical speak, but thats how it is.  An internal hemorrhoid starts further up than an external.  So the rule is,  internal =  high …external = low.

I have had both and believe me when I say, they both hurt like HELL.  You just want to treat and cure them, regardless of where they start or end right?

Thats it for now. I am hoping in the next couple of days I will be ready with my next post which really gets into the bowels (that made me laugh sorry) of  how I nailed those suckers once and for all.

C ya.
